If you are not satisfied with your order you have 07 days after receiving it to make a return. Items must be in good unused condition. Returns are free of charge.

RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE

HERE’S HOW:

  1.  REGISTER A RETURN
    Click on “Register a return” and click the items you wish to return. All you need is your order number & your registered email address and you can arrange collection of your return.
  2. SELECT THE METHOD
    Select the courier or return method. Package the items you wish to return in a suitable bag or box, eg. the one you received your parcel in. Registering your return online means you don’t need to include any paperwork in your parcel.
  3. HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS
    Follow the instructions provided in the portal for your chosen return method. A courier from carrier partner will attach the return label on your parcel upon collection. The courier will provide you with proof of return. Please keep this for your records.

If you have received your order in two separate packages and need to make a return you can proceed in the same way by requesting a return digitally through our website or app. 

REFUNDS:

You will be refunded through the same payment method that you used to make the purchase.

If more than 30 days have passed and your return is not registered, please contact Customer Service.

We conduct quality checks upon receiving returns at our warehouse and process refunds accordingly. We reserve the right to deny the refund in case an item fails in the quality check or if we receive items that do not belong to ALIRAH.
